Terms and Conditions
The reservation becomes binding for our structure only upon receipt of the payment receipt of the confirmatory deposit.
- Balance of the remaining payment directly at the facility
- Confirmation deposit: 1/3 of the agreed booking price
Withdrawal conditions
In case of cancellation or subsequent cancellation of the reservation, the entire amount of the deposit will be retained.
Check-in e Check-out
- Arrival (Check-in): the apartments will be available from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
- Departure (Check-out): the apartments must be vacated by 10.00 am.
ATTENTION: Please advise for arrivals after 7pm.
